Glimro is on the walls of The Scottish Gallery – so far, it has been a whirlwind of a week in the most wonderful way!
Keith and I travelled down the road to Edinburgh on Sunday. Taking the ferry from Stromness, then driving the 265 miles to Edinburgh. The car loaded with workshop materials, the last of the artworks and a few Eerie Orums for display in the gallery cabinets.

Since arriving, Glimro has been hung with great consideration by the gallery team, I’ve delivered a mark making workshop and spent some quiet time with the exhibition to take it all in. Yesterday the gallery was open for visitors and preparations are underway for the opening on Saturday (7th March 11am -1pm)
There will be more to report on throughout the month but for now, please feel welcome to visit the Scottish Gallery to see Glimro. If you can’t make it in person, it can be viewed online. You can find out about the programme of events planned throughout the month of March on The Scottish Gallery website.

Short and Sweet for today…
